Tax Deductible Fees

Other than Plan and Placement costs, fees are generally tax deductible, and so are discounted by your tax rate.

Investment Solutions

We offer a broad range of global investment solutions, focussing on listed investments that are liquid, tradable, and can be hosted on leading third-party custodial platforms.

We are 100% fee-based and we receive no income from any third party. We have no conflicts of interest. Initial meetings are without fee or obligation, once an online “Personal Financial Map” is completed.

MANAGEMENT FEEs

Portfolio Management

Portfolio Management fees + GST will apply (usually tax-deductible)

This will be split into GST efficient, advisory fees (+gst) and administrative fee (no gst). Debited monthly.

Admin Fee: 0.35% Compliance/Tax Report Annual Fee 0.08%

Advisory Portfolio Management Fee:

Up to $150,000 - 1.5%
$150,000 - $399,000 - 1.0%
$400,000 - $999,000 - 0.8%
$1,000,000 - 0.4%

Tax deductible of fees have a significant impact at 10.5%, 17.5%, 30%, 33% and 39%

BROKERAGE FEES

Third Party Fees

When listed investments are bought/sold brokerage fees will apply. Although competitive through the NZXWT Platform, fees will vary depending on the markets in which the investments are listed. There are no platform fees for buying/selling investment funds.

Custodial Platform Fees: Annual fee applied monthly. Usually tax-deductible.
